My experience in selling with Shane Coote and his team.

As a professional investor and developer, I’ve completed many property transactions over the last 15 years with different real estate agencies and individual agents. Shane Coote and his team stand out as a down to earth, easy to deal with professionals, willing to go an extra mile to enable the deal. 

At all times, during dealing with Shane, I felt informed on progress of the sale, communicated with as often as I feel is needed; details of the deals are explained to the degree needed for full understanding and ability to make an informed decisions.

On rare occasions when Shane was unavailable, to talk or to conduct open homes (let’s face it it’s not easy to be 24/7 - 365 days a year), his college - Drew stepped up and fulfilling all necessary functions brilliantly. Shane has a solid backing of the team with all skills required to move the sale along and conclude the business - successfully!

I rank my experience of selling and buying with Shane Coote and his team as one of the most straight forward, pleasurable and profitable.
