Our first connection with Shane was a late night rudimentary enquiry of interest to list our property. We had experienced a number of such calls from many real estate agents over time and were quite wary. We found Shanes patience, temperament and perseverance to wait for “our right time to list” made him the agent we would choose over others. Shane never tried to sell himself above others but instead focused on how he would be able to sell our property and use his strengths and marketing knowledge to obtain the best result.

Once listed, Shane and Drew worked incredibly hard to maximise the numbers of buyers viewing our property.  Their attention to detail in marketing was evident throughout, and balanced with their professional, conscientious and motivated manner made the selling process a much smoother transition for us than we expected.

Shane’s regular communications and positive feedback balanced with Drew’s courteous nature demonstrated to us the dedication and commitment underlying the Central Realty duo, making them both highly effective, yet almost endearing professionals.

However, it was Shane and Drew’s support and assistance post-sale when we realised we would have to buy again rather than build that we were extremely grateful for, their advice and mentoring during this process was constant and enabled us to purchase our new home, this post sale service and loyalty to us was a step well above all expectations and we are extremely grateful to them both.
